We look to the bush, the ocean, the orchards, the fjords and the plains as tools for exploring national flavours and identity. This is how expressions on the plate are teased out, ones that express the nuances of our Oceania home.

Oyster happy hour every evening from 5 – 6.30pm. We’ll be shucking Waiheke’s finest, Te Matuku Bay ($3 each).

We use the first Tuesday of every month as an open test kitchen. It’s a chance to create freely and workshop new dish ideas. $70/person for 4 course set menu.
